We ship our sunglasses in a hard leather like case to prevent any damage. All orders with 1-2 pairs of sunglasses are sent via Canada Post Expedited Shipping (with a tracking number and 2-7 business days depending on the destination) If you order 3 or more pairs of sunglasses the order is sent out via UPS Standard Ground.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping Expedited Shipping within Canada and to the Continental U.S. for one pair of sunglasses is $11.99. For 2 pairs it is $15.99 and 3 or more pairs the fee is $20.99 (only 3 or more is shipped with UPS)

What is your return policy?

All of SunglassesCanada.ca, products carry a 10-day money back guarantee, from the date the package is delivered to you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us for a refund authorization number. All returns must include the refund authorization number or they will be refused. Once we receive your returned sunglasses we will credit you for the amount of your purchase less shipping plus a 20% restocking fee.

The product will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in re-saleable condition and all original packaging must be in place for full credit to be issued. No credit will be issued if the product shows signs of use. This does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by a customer.

Do your sunglasses have UV protection?

Our sunglasses offer 100% UV Protection for your eyes from the potentially vision damaging effects of the sun's ultraviolet rays. They are lightweight, durable and reduce glare. They also meet the ANSI 80.3 Protection Standards and are FDA impact resistant inspected.

Do Your Sunglasses have a warranty?

At SunglassesCanada.ca we guarantee to deliver all products defective-free. Prior to shipping your order we conduct a quality inspection on all items against defects.

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Be sure to send your return merchandise via a traceable method (delivery conformation or insured mail). We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen or damaged en route.

SunglassesCanada.ca sunglasses carry a 60 days warranty. If your sunglasses ever fail for any reason other than loss, intentional breakage, or normal wear and tear, we will repair or replace them. We only require that you return your sunglasses to us, including a letter describing exactly what happened to them along with a $15 fee (per item) to cover processing of your claim. To make a claim, please send us an e-mail and we will reply with instructions and a Warranty number to return your sunglasses to us.
